Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your defective item to request a return. Please read the details below to make sure that your products qualify for return or refund consideration.

1- What’s your return policy? Currently we are unable to offer returns and exchanges.
However, please inspect your product for any defects or damages as soon as you receive your order.
If there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know immediately by contacting us at 321sbc@321secretbeach.com and we will help you sort this out.
You must include photos of the wrong/damaged items in order for us to approve any return(s). If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
2- Do you offer refunds? Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items.

3- Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
4- Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns/exchanges at this time.
